We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be accompanied by the original order receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at vivid-vault@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our support team will respond with instructions and the return address.
  3. After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes orders need to be changed or canceled.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
  • If your cancellation request is received after 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and cannot be canceled.
